WEBINAR: REPRODUCING REPRODUCERS: FOLLOWING UP WITH THE NEW BELIEVER

What does discipleship among new believers look like? Once we hear that amazing “Yes!” to the call to faith, the true work begins. Dr. Jerry Root, Professor of Evangelism at Wheaton College and Director of the Evangelism Initiative at the Billy Graham Center, has spent decades asking these kinds of questions and will lead us into a clearer idea of what discipleship among new believers should include and how we can effectively help them deepen their faith, and their witness.

REGISTER TODAY!

God did much in 2018 through the ministries of the Center.

We are grateful for God’s goodness, and for your support. Celebrate with us all that God has done and his amazing work in our world today.

JOIN US FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1, FOR “THE ARRIVAL CHURCH” WEBINAR

For the last few decades, the predominant missional narrative in North America has sounded something like this: “People in North America are becoming less and less Christian and we need to reverse this trend.” This is called the Church Decline Narrative.
Church planting and mission groups that base their ministry paradigms on the Church Decline Narrative risk becoming increasingly ineffective as North America continues to diversify and complexify.

In this webinar, Daniel Yang, Director of the Send Insitute, will explore other valid missional narratives and how some mission groups are going beyond just responding to the Church Decline Narrative. The webinar will be held on Friday, February 1, fromt 12-1PM CST.

REFLECTIONS: A GC2 SUMMIT ON RESPONDING TO SEXUAL HARASSMENT, ABUSE, AND VIOLENCE

Reflections was a one-day evangelical conversation held December 13, 2018, which challenged and inspired pastors, leaders, and lay Christians to address the very real tragedy of sexual violence and harassment in our churches and to begin the healing process. Full recordings of the event will be available in the days to come.

VISIT THE GC2 WEBSITE TO LEARN HOW TO ACCESS THE RECORDINGS

Research tells us that nearly 80% of unchurched people said they would engage in a faith conversation if their Christian friends asked.

Unfortunately, only 39% of Christians have actually shared how to become a Christian with someone in the past six months. The Billy Graham Center at Wheaton College is a world hub of inspiration & training for mission and evangelism. We exist to help Christians show & share the love of Jesus in our broken and hurting world.

CARRYING ON THE LEGACY

FOR OVER 40 YEARS WE’VE BEEN LASER-FOCUSED: REACHING OUR WORLD FOR CHRIST.

In 1980, together with Wheaton College, Rev. Billy Graham birthed the Billy Graham Center, stating his vision that the BGC would be “a world hub of inspiration, research, preaching, and training that will glorify Christ and serve every church and organization in preaching and teaching the gospel to the world.”

PARTNER WITH US TO CONTINUE THE LEGACY
