Dear Colleagues in PEN,
What a great day to serve in the kingdom of
our Master! Perhaps you noticed that I did not say it was easy
or simple, or lacking in challenges. We are all faced with increasing
challenges in these days. I am reminded of how true followers
of Jesus were looked upon with disdain and even hated by their
respective cultures in their day. It is becoming increasingly
so within our culture. I personally think we will see more and
more of this and not be surprised by it. However it has some real
blessings and opportunities as well. It forces His followers to
focus on Him, to fine tune their message and to prayer as if their
life depended on it. Times like this also create a hunger in the
hearts of people for something better. Realizing that this world
cannot meet the deep needs of their soul they are willing to look
beyond this world. That bodes well for the proclamation of
the gospel! Lets be about it!
The PEN Executive Committee met January 22nd at the Call2All
conference in Dayton Ohio. I will send out more details of
the meeting as I believe God allowed us to do some bold and courageous
thinking about PEN. Let me tell you this now. We have approved
the invitation of Tim Robnett and the Next Generation Alliance
to hold our 2009 PEN eSchool in collaboration with their
conference on Innovative Evangelism. The conference will be held
November 10-13, 2009 at Red Lion Hotel in Jantzen Beach,
Oregon. You wont want to miss this great opportunity. Plan
now to be with us.
Blessings in Him,
Dallas Anderson

It is really important as we seek to serve together.

Top Priority - Soul Winning
Christ For The World, Inc. conducted twelve international crusades
in 2008, and we are looking forward to great ministry opportunities
in 2009. We will have teams ministering in Nagercoil, S. India,
Feb. 11 - 20 and in Nairobi, Kenya, March 10 - 19.
We will hold assembly programs in high schools and colleges, where
we provide music with our band, and then speak to the students.

salvation and lead the students in the sinner's prayer.
We praise God for the many open doors He provides for us to share
His love around the world. Our Top Priority is soul-winning, and
we are thankful for wonderful teams around the world who follow-up

Join the wave of excitement and celebration being created in
Central Alabama! This wave is generated by an event called StadiumFest,
which will capture and combine the spirit of an all-day family
festival and the energy of a concert. Families, teens, and young
adults will enjoy music, activities, extreme sports demonstrations
- all of which are designed to provide the opportunity for multiple
presentations of the Gospel to be shared in addition to giving
people a chance to respond to each and every Gospel presentation.

Columbia Evangelistic Campaign
We arrived in Piedecuesta, Colombia last week for a five-day
evangelistic campaign in the largest Assemblies of God church
in the area. We have held outreaches with dance, drama, singing,
and short messages in several different barrios. Our main evangelistic
meetings were in the evenings, where so far, around 250 have received
the Lord. Part of the purpose of outreach is to also bring believers
to repentance and into a deeper walk with Christ. Each night the
first invitation has been to those who do not yet know Christ,
and the second has been to believers. Nearly 1,000 believers have
responded to that second invitation, many with tears and some
bowed down on their knees before the altar calling out on God
to be His and His alone.
We are now in Bucaramanga, a city of around one million people,
preaching in churches and holding street outreaches. Thereafter,
we will continue with four days of evangelistic outreach in Soccoro,
farther to the south in the department of Santander before returning
to Bogota. Discussions are already underway for a larger campaign
involving more churches later this year. Your prayers are much
appreciated for God's work in this nation which has suffered so
much, but in which God is moving so powerfully.

First Wings Party
The 1st Wings Party in a Colorado Prison was held on December
20, 2008, at the Cheyenne Mountain Re-entry Center. Volunteers
from across Colorado and New Mexico, at least 10 different churches
and denominations, and 6 different ministries, reached out to
residents and their families.
The Bible story was a Live Nativity including Mary, Joseph, and
baby Jesus, a stable, an innkeeper, many shepherds, sheep, 'wise
people', and of course a room of heavenly angels. Fun was had
by all, and the story had never been quite so lovingly been shared.
Fellowship was shared around the table, family Christmas traditions
were shared, and people talked about special angels/people in
their lives. One person from each table was decorated as a human
angel. It is amazing how everyone is given the same materials,
and yet each angel is so unique and beautiful.

Greetings from Jerusalem via
Bethlehem
Today, many pilgrims from around the world come to Bethlehem,
the birth place of Jesus. Bethlehem is in the West Bank, and only
Arabs mostly Muslim live there.
We had the privilege to give away in Arabic, The Bible and had
wonderful conversations with many seeking to understand the reason
of Jesus' birth. After sharing the Gospel to many, one man in
particular asked me how he could know Jesus. He said to me that
he had heard the message before and now he wanted to understand
it. We remembered the Word of Jesus saying "that He came
to seek and find that which was lost". The Lord knows who
is really seeking truth. After presenting why Jesus was born,
HIS death, HIS resurrection and why the need for HIM, we asked
if he would like to know the Lord, and he was encouraged to make
that decision of faith to Jesus as Lord God and Savior.
Imagine if all Muslims come to know Jesus as Lord God and Savior,
it would be a different world among Jews and Arabs.

Ethnic Evangelism
We are preparing for the Melbourne Conferences for Ethnic Evangelism's
conference 200 nations - 1 people March 6-7 2009. We are
praying for the Church and the nation as she faces all sorts of
difficulties, including preparing for greater persecution and
restrictions to the Church. This is in regards especially to the
anti-conversion bill in Parliament. Pray for each evangelist and
their ministry in 2009.
God has promised to walk beside us always... 2009 included! When
Moses pondered the great challenge before him of leading, perhaps
well over a million people (Ex 12:37) to migrate to and conquer
a new country by walking across a fierce desert, God promised
to walk with him through this arduous calling.
